Re-Mortgaging also known as Re-Financing is the process whereby you pay off one mortgage with the proceeds of your new mortgage.
As soon as you decide on the financial institution that you intend switching to you should contact us immediately. We will arrange the paperwork necessary for your title deeds to be released to us to prepare the Re-Mortgage.
Your new bank will send a legal Mortgage pack to us and we will take the necessary steps from there.
We will request a redemption statement from your old Bank and pay off the old mortgage from the new. We will then register the new mortgage in the Property Registration Authority of Ireland and return the title deeds to your new Bank.
